Mr. Koka Chedia serves as a Senior Associate at our law office. His practice areas include Corporate Law, Civil Law, Contract Drafting and Analysis, Personal Data & Consumer Protection laws.

Prior to jointing CC Legal & Advisory in 2017, Mr. Chedia for 6 years served in the ministry of justice of Georgia on different positions including Legal Adiser and Deputy Head of the department of Agreements Expertise and Court Representation. Mr. Chedia also interned in the European Investment Bank, Legal Department, Central and Eastern Europe. His working experience also includes position of a a legal adviser at a fright forwarding company Cargo Logistics Group Georgia.  

Mr. Chedia holds MBA degree from the CEU Bsuienss School (Budapest, Hungary, 2014), as well as, LL.M. Degree in International Business Law from the Department of Legal Studies, Central European University (Budapest, Hungary, 2010), Bachelors Degree from the Legal Department of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Tbilisi, Georgia, 2009).

With native Georgian, Mr. Chedia is fluent in English and Russian languages.
